dc.description.abstractWe experiment with the the use of diffusion maps to parameterize a low-dimensional attracting manifold of a high-dimensional ODE system in order to be able to repeatedly compute trajectories on that manifold. By integrating directly on that manifold we can avoid the stiffness of the original system. © 2011 American Institute of Physics.en_US
